SSRS: DRIVING FOR JUSTICE
Service Sales Representatives (SSRs) are the #1 link between customers and Cintas, and both have reported feeling squeezed by the company.
SSRs have reported losing as much as $10,000 a year with all the changes in pay plans over the past several years. Other drivers say that Cintas has endangered their safety - and even their lives - by cutting corners with truck maintenance. According to a Forbes article, Cintas customers have unleashed a "cascade of complaints and lawsuits" because Cintas has pinched pennies "a little too hard."
SSRs and our customers have helped Cintas grow for nearly four decades. We deserve fairness and respect from the company.
